We got our pet from a person who didn’t have a place to stay so we watched them, which turned into something long term basically it started out with 3 cats we now have only one , the other two ran away We had to move in with my mom due to personal reasons where we keep him in a basement because people have allergies and Health issues (he has food and water and a litter box) we let him outside everyday for an hour or two so he won’t be trapped in the basement all day but that life sucks for him plus my mom want me to put him out today so I don’t know what to do
